Regional Centre for Entrepreneurship Development (RCED) is a Non-Governmental Organization established in 1992 and registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860. Its mission is to promote entrepreneurship and skill development across India, empowering youth, women, and marginalized communities through training, capacity building, and enterprise support. Over the years, RCED has worked extensively with various government ministries, development institutions, PSUs, corporates, and international agencies to implement programs in entrepreneurship awareness, vocational skill training, incubation, start-up support, and livelihood generation. The Centre has trained thousands of individuals, nurturing their potential to become self-reliant, employable, and successful entrepreneurs. RCED’s initiatives span multiple states, including Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Delhi, Chandigarh, and Jammu & Kashmir.
