Refunds and Cancellations

Scope and Applicability : All payments made on the Platform are subject to this Refund Policy, as published on the Platform and updated from time to time. This Refund Policy forms an integral part of the Platform’s Terms and Conditions and must be read together with them.
By proceeding with any payment, you acknowledge that refunds, if any, are governed solely by this Refund Policy, including cases of failed or incomplete Identity Verification (IDV).
In the event of any conflict between the Terms and Conditions and this Refund Policy, the terms of this Refund Policy shall prevail.


Payment Gateway : We use Razorpay as our payment gateway to process payments on the Platform.


Refund Method : If a refund is approved or processed, the refunded amount will be reversed to the original payment method used to make the payment. For example, if a credit card was used to make the payment, the refund amount is pushed to the same credit card.

Refund Processing Time : Depending on the bank’s processing time, it can take 5 to 7 business days for the refunds to reflect in the customer’s bank account or card balance. The time taken to process a normal refund depends on the payment mode used while making the payment.


Refund Fees : For normal refunds, Razorpay (our payment gateway) does not charge any processing fee.
